First, the ingredients: 

  • 3 Bananas
  • 1/2 cup raspberries
  • 1/4 cup fresh diced pineapple
  • 1 cup almond milk or coconut milk (go with your favorite flavor)
  • 2 teaspoons Herbal Goodness Graviola Matcha Tea Powder
  • 1 cup kale (Add spinach instead of kale to make this a fun spinach smoothie recipe) 

Place two peeled bananas and diced pineapple in a blender until smooth. Add in almond or coconut milk, Herbal Goodness Graviola Matcha Tea Powder and kale. Blend until smooth. Add more pineapple if you want a sweeter taste with this Matcha smoothie.

  • 2 Peeled Bananas
  • 1 Cup Almond Milk

  • Scrape of fresh vanilla bean
  • 1 cup ice
  • 2 tablespoons of honey 

Dice bananas. Mix ingredients in blender and serve cool. Enjoy for breakfast, lunch or with your dinner.
