Eligibility

  • Returns are accepted within 60 days of purchase. Unfortunately, we cannot process refunds or exchanges for items purchased more than 60 days ago.
  • Items must be unused, in their original condition, and packaging to qualify for a return.
  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Return Process

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you via email about the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Approved refunds will be processed and credited to your original payment method within a few days.

Partial Refunds

  • Missing parts not due to our error.

Sale Items

Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Sale items are non-refundable.

Exchanges

  • Exchanges are only available for defective or damaged items.

Gift Returns

  • If marked as a gift at the time of purchase and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive store credit for the return value.
  • If the item wasn’t marked as a gift, a refund will be issued to the original purchaser.

Shipping

  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility and are non-refundable.
