 Shipping & Delivery

We ship to all states within the continental USA and to several international countries using USPS first class and priority, Fedex or other similar carriers,  for all of our shipping. All packages ship from our warehouse in Traverse City, Michigan.

Please allow 3 - 8 business days for US orders and 14 to 21 business days for international orders, from the date you place your order for your package to arrive. Average time to receive your package is 3.5 days in the United States.

International Shipping
We currently ship to Canada, United Kingdom and several other international destinations. Because we are unable to track international shipping beyond the US borders, we are not responsible for lost or undelivered international packages and will not issue any refunds or replacements. We currently do not ship to United Arab Emirates and India.

Customs and Duty Charges for International Orders
Please note that additional customs and duty charges may be incurred for international orders. Herbal Goodness will not be responsible for these charges and cannot supplement or refund based on this charges. Every country has their own duties and charges and import procedure. If you are unsure about our shipping policy to your country, please  contact us

Back Ordered Items
If an item you ordered is on back order we will refund the back ordered items and ship out the rest of your order. If your order contains back ordered items which you would like to wait for, your entire shipment may be delayed unless you specify otherwise.

Returns, Replacements & Refunds Policy

Upon arrival of your order, please examine the contents. If product is damaged, return unopened product for a full refund and exchange. If dissatisfied with an order for any reason, contact us immediately and return your order promptly.

Returns:

  • Products returned within 60 days from purchase date will receive full refund of product cost only. We will not refund any shipping paid.
  • Our return policy lasts 60 days. No Credit, Exchange, or Refund will be processed or issued after 60 days from purchase date.
  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition it was received. It must also be in the original packaging.
  • To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase along with an order number.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds may be granted:

  • Returning an opened product may result in partial refund or product exchange.
  • Any item that is returned more than 60 days after delivery will not be refunded.

Refund Process:

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7 business days, depending on the method of payment.

Late or missing refunds:

  • If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  • Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
