Easy Christmas Cookie Recipe | Herbal Goodness

Healthy Oatmeal Raisin Cookies1

Ten minutes to prepare, less than 15 minutes to cook! 

Ingredients

  • 1 1/3 cup of oats
  • 1/4 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon baking soda
  • 6 tablespoons margarine
  • 3/4 cup of brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup raisins
  • 1 egg
  • 1/3 cup flour
  • 1/3 cup Herbal Goodness ground Guava Leaves 

Preheat your oven to 350 degrees. Blend brown sugar, margarine, cinnamon, vanilla and egg for three minutes. In another bowl, mix the oats, raisins, Herbal Goodness ground Guava Leaves, flour, baking soda and baking powder. Add the oats and raisins mixture to the egg mixture until well blended. Using gloved hands, roll 12 to 15 cookies onto a baking tray. Place in the oven and cook until brown or for about 13 minutes. 

Cut Out Sugar Cookies2

Ingredients 

  • 2/3 cup margarine
  • 2/3 cup coconut oil
  • 1 1/2 cup white sugar
  • 1 tablespoon ground Herbal Goodness Graviola Matcha
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 3 large eggs
  • 3 1/2 cups flour
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder 

Preheat your oven to 350 degrees. In one bowl, mix margarine coconut oil and sugar. Add in vanilla extract and eggs. In another bowl, mix Herbal Goodness Graviola Matcha and baking powder. Add to the vanilla extract and eggs mixture. Use gloved hands to flatten on a baking tray. Take a small cup, place the lid over the cookie dough and cut out. That, or you can use cool metal cookie cutters to give the cookies fun shapes. Place on a greased cookie tray. Bake for 10 minutes or until brown. Enjoy!
